🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 30 to 45 years.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Gdynia, Rdestowa 49.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students aged up to 26 years (with a student certificate). 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- A day off may fall on a weekday, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- There are no night shifts, work takes place only during the day hours;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime;
- On average, you can work 180–260 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of warehouse orders. If there are many orders, the number of working hours will be higher. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Required to pack bananas, stack boxes weighing up to 17 kilograms, load and unload goods, and prepare ready-made products for shipment. Duties also include removing packaging film, applying labels, and maintaining order in the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 750 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- A deposit of 200 zł must be paid before moving in. This amount is returned after the first month of work;
- 3 people will live in a room.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- For the job, the desire to work and readiness for physical workload are important. You also need to be comfortable working with high pallets;
- Work processes are performed at tables;
- It is forbidden to wear any jewelry in the warehouse, only a wedding ring is allowed;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to get there by public transport on your own. The travel time is approximately 30 minutes;
- The site has a kitchen with a microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, as well as coffee and tea, and designated smoking areas are provided;
- An advance is given after 5 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 15th to the bank account every month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union nationality, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must give notification 2 weeks before leaving. There are no fines or withholdings from the salary, as long as you notify on time.
