Work at the production of Electrolux cooktops and ovens

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Świdnica, Kazimierza Odnowiciela 28 (~55 km from Wrocław).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- The salary is 4,806 zł gross per month on the condition of working 168 hours;
- All overtime hours are paid with an additional 50%;
- Overtime hours at night and work on Saturdays are paid with an additional 100%;
- Night shift allowance is 20%;
- For each fully worked month, a bonus of up to 15% (up to 530 zł) can be received;
- The compensation for washing work clothes is 60 zł per month. 

🕐 Working hours:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- In the off-season, night shifts are absent, but in the season they may appear;
- During the working day, three paid breaks are provided: one lasting 20 minutes, and two — 5 minutes each.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work on the production line and, using a screwdriver, assemble gas and electric stoves and ovens.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 675 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- No allowance for independent housing rental;
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will live in the rooms;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding for your comfort and hygiene;
- You also need to have your own dishes to use in everyday life;
- The distance from accommodation to the workplace is up to 3 kilometers. If desired, you can walk or use public transport at your own expense. Transportation from the company is not provided.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place indoors standing by the conveyor line;
- Meals at your own expense;
- An advance payment can be received after the first week of work, before receiving the first salary. After the first salary payment, advances are no longer provided;
- The salary is credited to the bank account on the 10th of each month for the previous month worked.

- During work, there is no need to lift heavy objects;
- Paid leave is provided, which lasts 2 days a month. If the leave is not used, compensation of 340 zł is paid after the contract ends;
- The company maintains a comfortable temperature, so you can work in a T-shirt or light sweatshirt;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience is not required;
- It's easy to figure out the details here, as everything is shown in practice;
- Assistance is provided with applying for a residence card.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You must work a minimum of 4 months, or 300 zł will be deducted from the salary.
