Work in the production of aluminum profiles Exlabesa

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 22 to 45 years.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Tułowice, Porcelitowa 4 (~30 km from Opole).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working Saturdays may be required and will always be announced in advance so that you can plan your time conveniently;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then the hours will be slightly less accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Profile cutting process:
- Work involves cutting aluminum on an automated machine. Training is provided before starting work, so everything is explained clearly and step-by-step. After cutting, it is necessary to clean the elements from aluminum chips, check the quality of finished parts, namely the length of the product and the cutting angle, and promptly detect possible defects. Additionally, sorting and packaging of finished elements is required, covering them with a protective layer of material, including wooden slats, to prevent damage. The process also involves cutting wooden slats on an easy-to-use machine. It is important to maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, following established safety rules and standards.
Profile packaging process:
- Involves packaging aluminum profiles of various lengths according to orders. Before packaging, it is necessary to sort the finished elements. Each profile is additionally wrapped with a special film that provides reliable protection during transportation.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, an additional 2 zł per working hour is provided (needs to be clarified at the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 2 to 4 people will live in the room;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure it is comfortable and cozy;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is designed for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The company is one of the leaders in the global market for the production of aluminum profiles and PVC products. It manufactures a wide range of solutions for architecture, window and door systems, transport industry, electronics, and automotive sectors;
- The work processes occur standing near production machines;
- On sorting and packaging of finished elements, work is done in pairs or groups of three people;
- The weight of the products ranges from 5 to 25 kilograms for women and from 5 to 60 kilograms for men;
- Lunch needs to be brought with you;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole during the registration period. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance of 300 zł is credited after 14 days of working;
- Salaries are credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free regime, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as per agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without one month’s notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is imposed. If a notice is given in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
