Work at the Hitachi automotive parts manufacturing plant

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Wrocław, Bierutowska 91.

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- 30.57 zł/hour gross standard rate;
- A monthly bonus of 150 zł gross is provided;
- Additionally, a quarterly bonus of 120 zł gross is accrued;
- After a year of work, an additional bonus of 50% of the monthly salary is provided;
- Working on Saturdays provides a 100% rate supplement;
- For overtime hours, a 50% rate supplement is accrued;
- For night shifts, a 20% rate supplement is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- If desired, additional hours can be taken to work overtime..

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work in the production of car parts for Mercedes, assemble and mount brake calipers, and check finished parts for quality. If necessary, there may also be other simple tasks in production.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 700 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- 3–4 people will live in the rooms;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided;
- You need to have your own bed linen for personal comfort and hygiene;
- No additional compensation is provided for renting accommodation independently.

📌 Additional information:
- An interview must be conducted at the enterprise before starting work;
- It is important to have a desire to work and be responsible towards one's duties;
- Work is conducted indoors, all processes are performed standing;
- You need to lift weights up to 6 kg during work;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to commute on your own;
- Hot meals can be ordered at the enterprise at a price from 2.50 to 6 zł;
- An advance can be received after working the first week, up until the first salary payment. After the first salary is paid, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited on the 10th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.

✅ Advantages:
- Work clothes are provided for free;
- 2 days of paid leave are accrued for each worked month. If there are unused days before the contract ends, monetary compensation is paid for them;
- Knowledge of the Polish language and work experience is not required; 
- Everything is clearly explained and help is provided to settle into the new workplace before starting work;
- Assistance is provided with the residence card application.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work duration:
You need to work for a minimum of 4 months; otherwise, 300 zł will be deducted from your salary.
