🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 4806 zł/month gross.
Additional payments:
- 8.40 zł gross for each hour of work in night shifts;
- 20 zł gross for work on holidays;
- Paid sick leave according to the doctor's certificate (L4).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is conducted in a four-shift system;
- The workday lasts for 8 hours;
- Four shifts from 06:00 to 14:00, followed by one day off;
- Four shifts from 14:00 to 22:00, followed by one day off;
- Four shifts from 22:00 to 06:00, followed by two days off;
- During the workday, a 20-minute break is provided to rest and recharge;
- On average, 200 hours per month;
- For couples, working in the same shift or department is not guaranteed. Distribution is carried out according to the production needs of the enterprise.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many production orders there are. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Processes for men:
- It is necessary to prepare aluminum profiles for automatic painting by hanging them in pairs on special fasteners. You also need to service the equipment for processing profiles, move them to the production line, perform bending on special machines, and if necessary, lightly polish and clean profiles with minor defects. In a separate production process, where several people work, cutting profiles on special equipment may be performed.
Processes for women:
- You need to work on the production line, packing aluminum profiles in a special protective film. For this, the profiles need to be moved in pairs to the production line. You are also responsible for removing hung profiles from hooks, dismantling small fittings, and, if you know Polish, preparing ready orders for shipment.

It is important to take work responsibly and carry out assigned tasks conscientiously. In case of intentional disregard of your duties or willful non-fulfillment of assigned tasks, cooperation may be terminated.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 400 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 2 - 4 people will share a room;
- Usual comfortable beds are arranged in the housing;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- A separate room is provided for a couple to ensure comfort and coziness.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place at one of the leading enterprises in the production of aluminum profiles and fittings for them;
- Work is performed in one of the eight production departments with comfortable temperature, ventilation, and heating;
- Work is physical and performed standing;
- You need to move aluminum profiles weighing from 1 to 60 kilograms, and heavy profiles are always lifted in pairs;
- The average weight of one profile is about 15 kilograms;
- Specific production processes have production standards, and the work pace is moderate;
- Four times a year, 380 zł is credited to the Ticket Restaurant card. These funds can be used to pay for meals;
- Commuting to the workplace by public transport;
- During registration, accommodation in Opole is provided. The cost is 250 zł, which must be paid in cash immediately upon registration;
- An advance payment is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements: 
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

- Assistance in obtaining a residence permit card is provided.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you quit without one month's notice, a fine of 2000 zł is imposed. If you notify in advance, then 500 zł is deducted.
