Work at the Carlsberg beer warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Brzesko, Browarna 14 (~60 km from Kraków).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Sochaczew.

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 - 35.76 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 - 35.76 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Night shift allowance is 5.72 zł/hour gross;
- The bonus is provided only for operators and is calculated solely based on the group production bonus set by warehouse management.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Shift rotation takes place weekly;
- During the working day, a paid break lasting 15 minutes is provided to rest and recharge;
- On average 240 - 260 hours/month. 

It is important to understand that working hours cannot be chosen independently, as everything depends on the warehouse workload. During the season, the working day usually lasts 12 hours, so you need to be ready for such a schedule. If there are fewer orders, then the working day is 8 hours. This is a feature of the job, and you need to be ready for it too.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to deal with product picking, place beer on the packaging line, and dispose of products if necessary. The job also includes using a scanner, operating a manual pallet truck. In addition, you need to pack finished products and perform additional tasks in the warehouse area.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 610 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 2 or 3 people will live in a room;
- Regular and bunk beds are available in the accommodation;
- Bedding is usually provided, but sometimes it may not be available, so it is advisable to have your own set. General dishes are available in the houses, but for convenience, it is recommended to have your own basic set, as well as a small pot or pan;
- The distance to work depends on the accommodation. There are options where you can walk, and in other cases, you need to use public transport.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- It is advisable to have a valid UDT certificate of category WJO II;
- The warehouse temperature is +20 degrees;
- Transportation to the place of work is not provided, so you need to get there by public transport;
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from salary);
- Advance payment of 200 - 300 zł is provided after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited in the 20s of the month to a bank account.

⏳ Minimum working period:
You need to work at least 3 months. If the contract is terminated earlier, deductions for medical examinations, occupational safety and health training, work clothes and administrative expenses in the amount of 1000 zł are provided.
