Worker at a furniture factory

Candidates: men, women aged 50 and up.

Work location: Rzepin, 80 km from Zielona Góra.

Salary: 3000 - 4200 net per month guaranteed net.

 18.45 PLN/hour gross + 1 PLN/hour for attendance.

Saturdays +50%;

Overtime +20%;

Sundays and holidays +100%;

Bonuses from 100 to 500 PLN/month.

Work schedule: Mon - Sat in two shifts of 8-10 hours. No night shifts. 168 hours at the rate + 32 guaranteed additional hours + the possibility to take more additional hours.

Responsibilities:

A semi-automated line operates at a modern furniture factory, where the production of upholstered furniture takes place.

- Women work on compact machines, where they use templates to manufacture parts of upholstered furniture from fabric: cutting, joining parts, and other stages. The work is partially automated, with sewing experience being important.

- Men assemble finished furniture parts, use power tools, assemble and pack finished products, and perform various auxiliary tasks in production and warehousing.

The job is simple, does not require special skills or experience in assembly, and takes place in comfortable conditions of a modern production space without unpleasant odors and loud noises.

Accommodation: provided for the employee. A house with all amenities (kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, internet, microwave, dishes, pillows, blankets) accommodation near the workplace. Rooms for 2-4 people. Cost - 500 PLN/month, deducted from the salary.

Employment contract: Umowa o prace.

Requirements:

- willingness to work;

- accuracy in task execution;

- knowledge of the Polish language is not required;

- work experience is not required.

Additional information:

- the company has a locker room, shower, kitchen.

- all employees undergo a medical examination and a safety training lecture, sick leave and medical insurance at the company's expense;

- work clothes are provided (jacket, trousers, boots);

- for all interested employees, we arrange a Residence Card or Voivodeship invitation.
