Work at Vilniaus duona bakery

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

💵 Salary:
- 7.80 €/hour gross for work in day shift;
- 11.70 €/hour gross for work during night hours from 22:00 to 06:00.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Sunday to Thursday;
- Days off on Friday and Saturday;
- Three days need to be worked in the day shift, followed by three days off. Then — three days in the night shift, and then again three days off. After this, the cycle repeats;
- Overtime work may be required if necessary;
- The workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Second shift from 19:00 to 07:00;
- During the workday, a break of 30 minutes is provided to rest and recuperate.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the bakery. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to pack bread and other bakery products, stack ready boxes on pallets, and move them to the logistics area using an electric cart. The work processes are simple and straightforward, everything is done sequentially.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs range from 150 - 200 € per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- The living space has regular comfortable beds.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are performed standing and moving. You need to use a cart;
- The temperature in the bakery ranges from +18 to +22 degrees;
- Public transport access to the workplace;
- Meals are not provided, lunch must be brought with you;
- The medical check-up costs 20 € (payment made immediately);
- Advances are not provided, so it's important to have enough funds for personal expenses until the first salary is received;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of the following month for the previous work month.
