🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 60 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Żerków, Ludwinów 94 (~70 km from Poznań).

💵 Salary:
- 23,45 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 28 zł/hour net on the condition of meeting the norm: minimum 84 finished products per shift;
- 31,40 zł/hour net regular rate for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- 38 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old on the condition of meeting the norm: minimum 84 finished products per shift (with a student certificate);
- A bonus of 2 zł/hour net for full attendance is provided.

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Saturday and Sunday — days off;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Work during the daytime, so that the night remains for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to manufacture concrete foundations for mesh fences. Responsibilities include preparing molds and spraying them with a brush, pouring concrete into the molds, laying two wires, and running a vibration table for even distribution of concrete. After pouring, excess concrete needs to be scraped off, and finished products should be stacked on euro pallets and secured using a mechanical binding machine.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 700 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-renting, there is no additional payment;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house, or apartment;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are available in the accommodation.

📄 Contract type:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes involve movement and standing, depending on the department to which you are assigned;
- Before starting work at the enterprise, a one-day training is conducted, during which all work processes are thoroughly demonstrated, and actions and necessary instructions are explained;
- Earnings depend on the volume of manufactured products. In the first week, there is an adaptation norm of 800 concrete elements per team of 12 people, which is approximately 67 pieces per person per day. After the first week, the norm will be 1000 concrete elements per team, which is approximately 83–84 pieces per person per day;
- During work, it is necessary to carry concrete elements weighing about 40 kilograms over a distance of 4–5 meters in pairs, so good physical fitness is important;
- Comfortable work clothes are required;
- One pair of work gloves is provided daily for free. Workers also receive work shoes without a metal toe cap, a safety vest, and hearing protection, as the production environment has a high noise level;
- Commuting to the workplace by public transport;
- An advance payment is made after 10 working days in the amount of 300 zł. This is a one-time payment until the first salary is received;
- Salary is credited to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Polish language is required.
