Work at the Temar cheese warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 47 years old.

📍 Workplace: 
Poland, Katowice, Tartaczna 34.

📍 Registration city: 
Poland, Myszków.

💵 Salary:
- 25.30 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 10:00 to 22:00;
- Work is only during daytime hours, without night shifts;
- During the working day, there are two paid breaks of 20 minutes each.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, correspondingly, the number of working hours decreases as well.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to pack different types of cheese, label them, and prepare the finished product.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, so you need to have your own housing.

📌 Additional information:
- The company does not produce cheese — here the finished product is sliced, packed, and labeled;
- Most work processes are done standing, but there are also sitting processes, such as labeling;
- Women need to lift cheese heads weighing approximately 10–13 kg and place them in special equipment that automatically slices the cheese;
- The facility maintains a temperature of +4 to +8 degrees;
- Noise level is within the norm, there are no foreign smells or dust;
- Married couples can work the same shift, but this must be reported before starting work;
- It is important to have a desire to work and take responsibility for your duties;
- Transport to work is not provided, so you need to get there independently using public transportation;
- A medical examination is provided free of charge on the condition of 2 months of work. A deposit of 100 zł must be made before the examination, which is returned after 2 months of work. If you work less than this period, 400 zł is deducted from your salary;
- An advance payment of 200 zł can be obtained after 14 days of work. It is usually provided once, but if necessary, a repeat advance can be arranged;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of each month for the previous month worked exclusively to a Polish bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

- 50% of the cost of getting to work by public transport in Katowice is compensated;
- Work clothes are provided free of charge;
- Work is only during daytime hours, without night shifts;
- Daily free breakfast or snack is provided, which can be eaten on-site or taken with you. Tea and coffee from the vending machine are also free of charge available;
- Work experience is not required;
- All work processes are explained calmly and clearly on site, so getting used to it quickly will be easy.
