Cleaning job for the Platon book warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 55 years old.

📍 Job location:
Poland, Ołtarzew, Poznańska 249 (~30 km from Warszawa).

📍 City of registration:
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Day off always on Sunday; 
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- Work from 6:00 to 14:00;
- Work during the day to keep the night for sleep and rest.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on warehouse load. When more goods arrive and cleaning work increases, you will have more hours. If arrivals decrease and cleaning volume reduces, then working hours will also decrease, so the schedule may change according to the warehouse situation.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to maintain cleanliness throughout the entire warehouse area, including cleaning the kitchen and toilets, taking out trash, dusting horizontal and vertical surfaces. Duties also include wet floor cleaning. The work is simple and does not require special skills.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, own housing is required;
- In case of self-renting housing, an additional payment of 200 zł per month of work is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes involve standing and moving;
- Commute to the workplace by public transport;
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Advance payment is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited to the bank account by the 28th of the month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Minimum experience in the cleaning field is required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, Poland's temporary protection, and other documents as agreed upon.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is three months. If you finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary. If you plan to resign after this period, you must notify two weeks in advance. If you fail to do so in time, 1000 zł will be deducted for breach of terms and another 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
