Work in metal products manufacturing Munkgaard

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Pucice, Goleniowska 2H (~20 km from Szczecin).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net standard rate;
- +2 zł/hour net for effective work performance without absences;
- A higher rate is provided for students, the final amount of payment is determined after providing documents from a Polish educational institution confirming studies.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- Work in daytime hours, keeping the night for sleep and rest.
The work schedule from Monday to Thursday is as follows:
- Work takes place from 08:00 to 16:00.
The work schedule on Friday is as follows:
- Work takes place from 07:00 to 15:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, the number of hours will accordingly be a bit less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work on equipment for metal processing: performing cutting, perforation, and riveting of parts, as well as packing finished metal hooks for drains. Responsibilities also include checking the quality of the products and their careful packing. All production processes are simple and clear, and you will be trained on everything necessary before starting work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 800 - 1000 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house, or apartment;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Accommodation can be located differently. If it is close, you can walk, and for those who live further away, public transport is available to and from the workplace;
- You can move in after working 50 hours.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Working processes take place standing near production machines;
- At the initial stage, you need to have your own work clothes. After passing the probationary period, all necessary clothing for further work is provided;
- Commuting to the workplace by public transport;
- Meals are not provided, you need to bring your own lunch;
- An advance can be received after working for one week;
- Salary is credited to the bank account between the 15th and 20th day of each month.
