Work at the Green Factory salad production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 65 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Niepruszewo, Cisowa 1 (~30 km from Poznań).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Poznań.

💵 Salary:
- 25.50 zł/hour net if attendance is 95% or more. The rate already includes a 1.50 zł surcharge for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 23 zł/hour net in case of absence from work without valid reasons;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Working days alternate as follows: 2 days on the first shift, the next 2 days — on the second shift, followed by 2 days off;
- Upon request, you can work overtime in the second shift, increasing the number of working days to 6 per week;
- The working day lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 16:00 to 02:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will likewise decrease.

🛠 Duties:
Salad cutting process:
- You need to work on the production line, clean the lettuce from dirt and damaged leaves, and also use a knife to cut the stem.

Carrot and cabbage cleaning process:
- Women work at tables, cleaning vegetables from damaged leaves and placing them in boxes. Once filled, the boxes need to be stacked on pallets.

Tomato packaging process:
- Men pour tomatoes from boxes into a special washing reservoir. After washing and drying, the tomatoes automatically go on the conveyor for packaging. Women control the packaging process, label the finished products, and stack them on pallets.

Salad packaging process:
- Packed salads arrive on the conveyor to a rotating table, where two women place the ready packages in cardboard boxes.

Pallet tying — work for men:
- You need to wrap ready pallets with products using special packing tape to securely fix the goods for further transportation.

Working with pallets — for men:
- You need to remove boxes with products from the upper level of pallets and pour their contents into a cutting machine. The weight of one box can be up to 25 kg, so it's important to be tall enough to safely and conveniently reach the boxes.

During a shift, work can be executed on different processes depending on the current need in production.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 450 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- For students, the cost of accommodation is 800 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation and commute to work on your own, there's an additional payment of 3 zł net for each worked hour: 1.50 zł for housing and 1.50 zł for self-commuting;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 2–4 people live in a room;
- Common comfortable beds are arranged in the living spaces.

📌 Additional information:
- The enterprise specializes in the production of fresh vegetables, salads, and ready vegetable dishes for retail chains. All processes are organized following modern quality and sanitary norms;
- The temperature in production workshops where they work with salads is from +3 to +7 degrees;
- The enterprise territory has a comfortable dining area with refrigerators and microwave ovens, as well as locker rooms with showers and personal lockers for storing belongings;
- Requirements for appearance must be followed: false eyelashes and nails are not allowed, and nails must be short and devoid of any coating. Jewelry and piercings are also prohibited during work;
- Smoking on company premises is prohibited;
- Headphones are allowed during work;
- The commute to work costs 200 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- A sanitary booklet is issued for free if at least 3 months are worked. It is valid for 2 years and issued to you personally. If the work period is shorter, 250 zł is deducted from the salary;
- A medical examination is conducted free of charge if at least 3 months are worked. If the work period is shorter, 150 zł is deducted from the salary;
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 25th of the month to a bank account.
