Forklift Operator at Amazon Warehouse (ID Logistics)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 48 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Konin Żagański, 158 (~65 km from Zielona Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 33 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 39.04 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- 1–3 days off per week, which can fall on weekdays, Saturday, or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 8–12 hours;
- During an 8-hour shift, there is a 30-minute lunch break, of which 15 minutes are paid and 15 minutes are not. If the shift lasts 12 hours, an additional 20-minute break is provided;
- On average, it is possible to work 160–240 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. When there are more orders, more hours can be worked. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the number of working hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to work on a forklift in the area of multi-level racks up to 12 meters high, complete orders according to the WMS system, scan labels, and check the correctness of orders. It is also necessary to place and move pallets and maintain order and safety at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation along with transportation to the workplace is 650 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- If renting housing independently, an additional 2 zł is provided for each hour worked. If using the provided transportation to the workplace, it costs 170 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- Preparation and booking of accommodation cost 100 zł (cost deducted from the first salary);
- 3–4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are equipped at the accommodation;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work clothes and footwear are provided free of charge. If the working period is less than 3 months, 540 zł will be deducted from the salary for the set;
- Medical examination costs 400 zł (amount deducted from the first salary);
- An advance is provided after 7 days worked in the amount of 300 zł. Until the moment of receiving the first full salary, it is possible to take an advance weekly;
- Salary for the previous worked month is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- UDT I category (I WJO) certificate and forklift experience required.

✅ Advantages:
- Transportation to the workplace is provided;
- Knowledge of the Polish language is not required.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum period of work is 2.5 months. If you stop working earlier than the established period, a penalty deduction from the salary is provided.
