Sewing Operator at Nowa Szkoła School Products Manufacturing

🧑🏻 Candidates:

If you have work experience and are slightly older than the specified age, this is not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Konstantynów Łódzki, Srebrzyńska 5/7 (~15 km from Łódź).

📍 Place of application:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 26.68 - 27.68 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- If desired, you can work on Saturday to have the opportunity to earn more;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- During the working day, there is a main break of 20 minutes for rest and rejuvenation. Also, there are two short breaks of 5 minutes each during the working day. Separate breaks for smoking are not provided;
- Daytime work to keep the night free for sleep and rest;
- The number of working hours is at least 200 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of production orders. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will correspondingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to sew covers for foam products, such as swings, dry pools, soft figures, and seat cushions, working on a sewing machine, joining prepared parts together according to samples, and checking the quality of finished products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, there is an additional payment of 2 zł for each working hour (needs to be clarified at the office during application);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2 - 3 persons will stay in the room;
- Usual comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📌 Additional information:
- A sewing quality test is conducted before starting work to help assess skill levels;
- The work takes place in comfortable conditions at a modern production of foam soft products, educational materials, and developmental toys for schools and kindergartens;
- Currently, there are 12 job positions at the enterprise, and in the near future, their number is planned to be increased to 20;
- Meals are not provided, so you need to bring lunches;
- Housing is located approximately 2 kilometers from the workplace. You can get to work on foot or by public bus. If you use the bus, the cost of the pass will be compensated;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole for the duration of application. The cost is 250 zł, payment needs to be made in cash immediately during application;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is paid on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Sewing experience is required.

📋 Documents:
EU citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you resign without a 1-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
