Assistant Coordinator at the Majami Confectionery Factory

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Bełchatów, Świętego Alberta Chmielowskiego 8 (~30 km from Piotrków Trybunalski).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- The salary is 4 500–5 000 zł net per month;
- The final salary depends on the amount of work performed, the level of responsibility, and the number of hours worked;
- Additional bonuses are provided for quality work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Shifts alternate weekly;
- On average, you can work 168–180 hours per month.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to organize and control the work of the shift, help new employees quickly adapt to the work process and prepare the necessary documents during hiring. It is also necessary to interact with production representatives on organizational issues, monitor compliance with internal rules and work discipline, and, if necessary, visit living places to resolve organizational issues. In addition, it is required to fulfill the coordinator's assignments related to organizing work, as well as participate in the production process and work on production lines to ensure the uninterrupted work of the shift.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 650 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or hostel;
- 2 or 4 people will live in the rooms;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- Separate rooms are provided for families;
- The accommodation is located near the workplace, at a distance of approximately 250–500 meters.

📌 Additional Information:
- The position involves performing the duties of a shift leader and assistant coordinator. The main task is to organize the work process, coordinate the work of the team, and ensure effective interaction between the factory, agency coordinator, and the team;
- There is a complete ban on smoking on the premises of the enterprise;
- It is necessary to comply with established appearance requirements. At work, it is not allowed to wear jewelry, piercings, artificial nails, gel polish, false eyelashes, and bright decorative makeup;
- There may sometimes be a need to stay in touch outside of working hours to quickly resolve urgent organizational issues. Such situations rarely occur, but it is important to be ready to respond quickly, assist colleagues, or, if necessary, interact with the coordinator or production representatives;
- There is a canteen on the premises of the confectionery factory, equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, and comfortable resting place;
- An individual locker is provided for storing personal belongings;
- The temperature at the factory is +20–+23 degrees;
- Work clothing and special shoes are provided free of charge. If the work period is less than 3 months, the cost of the set of 350 zł will be deducted from the salary;
- The cost of a sanitary book is 350 zł. This amount is deducted from the last salary;
- A medical examination is provided free of charge if at least 3 months of work are completed. If you leave earlier, 100 zł will be deducted from the last salary for its completion;
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 - 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th - 25th to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Polish language proficiency at a communicative level is required;
- Experience in the position of a leader or assistant is required.

⏳ Minimum working period:
