Work in the cleaning of Bell production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 50 years old.

📍 Location of work:
Poland, Józefów, Marka Hłaski 7 (~20 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 23.70 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- Bonuses are provided, which can make the average hourly rate from 25 to 27 zł/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 11–12 hours — from 06:00 to 18:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include cleaning production and service premises, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, washing floors, sanitary premises, and other working zones. It is also necessary to comply with sanitary standards and maintain order.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 - 600 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 or 5 people will reside in the rooms;
- Separate rooms are provided for family couples;
- Ordinary and bunk beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Bed linen and necessary dishes are provided;
- The accommodation is located approximately 10–15 minutes by car from the workplace.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be responsible, neat, and willing to work;
- If living in your own accommodation, you need to reach the workplace on your own;
- Smoking is prohibited during work;
- You need to have your own comfortable clothes for work. A reflective vest and shoes are provided for free;
- An advance is provided weekly in the amount of 300 zł until the first salary;
- The salary is credited to the bank account by the 25th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The employment contract is signed for one year. If you decide to resign earlier, please give two weeks' notice.
