Work at the DPD postal warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Work Location:
Poland, Swędów, Strykowska 6E (~20 km from Łódź).

📍 Registration Location:
Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 25.44 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- A bonus of 2 zł/hour gross is provided for full attendance.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Workday lasts 8, 10, or 12 hours. The shift usually starts at 20:00 and ends at 04:00. Depending on production needs, work hours may change, for example, from 15:00 to 03:00 or from 17:00 to 03:00;
- A 30-minute break is provided during the workday.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to load and unload vehicles with parcels using a pallet truck. Vehicles drive up to the line where they are loaded with parcels or unloaded, moving parcels onto a conveyor line for further sorting or processing.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 22 zł per day. There is also an option to live in housing with improved conditions, costing 23 zł per day (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, an additional 1 zł is provided for each worked hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- Rooms will accommodate 3 or 4 people;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged at the accommodation.

📄 Employment Contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional Information:
- The weight of parcels ranges from approximately 300 grams to 40 kilograms;
- Work clothing and footwear cost 280 zł (amount deducted from salary);
- Insurance costs 97 zł per month (amount deducted from salary). This applies only to persons under 26 with student status;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work, up to 600 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 22nd of the month to a bank account for the previous worked month.
🚍 Free transportation to the workplace is provided from the following locations in Łódź:

- Zachodnia - Limanowskiego (1394);
- Zgierska - Dolna (1432);
- Julianowska - Żarnowcowa (0235);
- Inflancka - Marysińska (0209);
- Imielnik Nowy.
