Warehouse Job at Temu

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 55 years old.

If you have experience working in similar warehouses and you are slightly older than the specified age, this is not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Głuchowo, Rosnowska 8 (~15 km from Poznań).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 26 zł/hour net provided working without absences;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to the age of 26 (with student ID confirmation).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (shifting) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- Work lasts from 08:00 to 16:00. If necessary, the working day may be longer, it all depends on the workload in the warehouse;
- Work in daytime hours, so that the night is left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work with a scanner, receive goods, assemble orders, and prepare them for shipment. It is also necessary to work with returns: receive them, check and pass them for further processing.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 850 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- No extra payment for self-rented accommodation;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- Separate room provided for a family couple, to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Travel arranged from accommodation to workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience to feel comfortable daily.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out in motion with the use of a scanner;
- Medical examination costs 300 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Advances are provided every Wednesday in the amount of 100 zł. You can receive an advance already after working at least one day;
- Salary is credited from the 25th to the 28th day to the bank account every month for the previous worked month.
🚍 Free transport is provided from this location:
- Głogowska 17, 60-700 Poznań.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, temporary residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
There is no minimum working period, however, you must notify of resignation two weeks in advance. If you resign without notice a fine is withheld.
