Work at packaging production Aurika

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Work Location:
Lithuania, Kaunas, Taikos pr. 129A.

📍 Registration City:
Lithuania, Vilnius.

💵 Salary:
- The salary is 1000 € net per month;
- Bonuses and additional incentives are provided for good work results;
- A monthly bonus is provided for the entire production unit;
- If quality indicators are met and timely product delivery is ensured, an additional percentage of revenue is accrued.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work is scheduled: 2 days in the day shift, 2 days in the night shift, followed by 4 days off;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Second shift from 19:00 to 07:00;
- Overtime work is optional;
- On average, you can work 165–170 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assist the printer in working with production equipment, prepare the necessary tools, raw materials, and inks. You also need to pack and label finished products, maintain cleanliness at the workplace, and monitor the quality of finished items.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 75 € per month (deducted from the salary);
- Rooms will accommodate 3 or 4 people;
- For comfortable living, all necessary amenities are provided: washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, pillow, blanket, dishes, and pots;
- It is recommended to bring your own bed linen and personal dishware for daily use: plate, spoon, cup, and pot.

📌 Additional Information:
- It is important not to have contraindications to physical work;
- An advance is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 150 €, which needs to be communicated to the coordinator at least a week in advance;
- The salary is paid by the 15th.

⏳ Minimum Employment Term:
