Seamstress for Kler furniture production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 55 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Dobrodzień, Piastowska 68 (~45 km from Opole).

💵 Salary:
- 26.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- Bonuses from 300 to 1300 zł net are provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work takes place from Monday to Friday. Working day lasts 8 hours from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If desired, you can work longer until 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM. A working Saturday is also provided, lasting 6 hours;
- During the working day, a break is provided from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM;
- Work is only during the day, so the night is reserved for sleep and rest. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work with different types of sewing machines, including flatbed, post-bed, cylinder-bed, single- and multi-needle machines. Responsibilities include threading, adjusting stitches, replacing needles, and basic equipment maintenance. You also need to familiarize yourself with technical documentation and samples, sew parts correctly according to the work distribution, pass finished elements to the next stage of production, and comply with safety rules and maintain cleanliness at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- Regular comfortable beds are equipped at the housing;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Housing is within walking distance, approximately 400 meters from work.

📌 Additional information:
- The temperature at the enterprise is +20 degrees;
- Work is performed sitting;
- Medical examination costs 200 zł (cost is deducted from the first salary);
- There is an opportunity to receive an advance weekly (first advance is given after 5 working days in the amount of 200 zł);
- Salary is credited on the 25th of the next month to a bank account. 

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience as a seamstress is required.

- Knowledge of Polish is not required;

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment term: 
The minimum period of work is one and a half months. If you plan to quit, you must definitely give two weeks' notice. If this is not done on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
