Work at the Frigo warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 40 years of age.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Czeladź, Wiejska 49 (~10 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Katowice.

💵 Salary:
- 26.16 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate);
- For the first two weeks of work, payment is accrued hourly, after which it switches to a piecework payment system. If established norms are met, earnings are from 250 zł per shift.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work occurs from Monday to Friday. If there is a production need, work may also be possible on Saturday or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- On average, one can work 170 - 200 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Receive products and raw materials at the warehouse using a forklift and the Voice voice system. Work includes checking the quantity, condition, and quality of goods, placing them in the warehouse, issuing according to invoices, and controlling proper storage of products. It is also necessary to maintain relevant documentation and keep the workplace clean and orderly.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 22 zł per day (cost is deducted from salary);
- If renting accommodation independently, a 1 zł gross subsidy is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in accommodation.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The warehouse specializes in storing frozen products, where goods are assembled and packed;
- An introductory tour of the warehouse is conducted before work starts;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so one must commute independently using public transport;
- Warehouse temperature is -22 to -5 degrees;
- Dress code requirements at the warehouse must be followed: no jewelry is allowed, and long hair must be tied back;
- Work clothing and footwear cost 500 zł. If you do not work for 3 months, this amount is deducted from your salary;
- Medical examination costs 180 zł. If you do not work for 3 months, this amount is deducted from your salary;
- Health book costs 220 zł. If you do not work for 3 months, this amount is deducted from your salary;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work, amounting to up to 600 zł;
- Salary is credited from the 20th to the 22nd of the month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.
