Work in the warehouse of Orlen gas station goods

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, married couples up to 40 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Wola Bykowska, 37 (~45 km from Łódź).

💵 Salary:
- 24.18 zł/hour net for persons over 26 years old;
- 25.35 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- A surcharge of 0.70 zł/hour net is provided for independent travel to the place of work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- The workday lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The job involves assembling orders with food products using an electric pallet truck (electric loader).

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 17.50 zł per day (cost deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental, a surcharge of 1.80 zł for each working hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- For a married couple, a separate room is provided for comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract: 
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place in motion with a scanner;
- The warehouse has warm and cool sections;
- The maximum weight to be lifted during work is 10 - 15 kilograms;
- Medical examination costs 100 zł (cost deducted from the salary);
- Forklift certificate costs 250 zł (cost deducted from the salary);
- If you work for more than 6 months, the payment for the certificate and medical examination is not deducted;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

Note:
To be employed for this vacancy, it is necessary to fill out a questionnaire during booking.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You need to work for at least 6 months. If you suddenly decide to terminate the job earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
