Sportswear Sewing Machine Operator

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women aged 20 to 60 years.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Legnica (~85 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net standard rate;
- A bonus of 3 zł/hour net is provided for efficient job performance;
- A higher rate is provided for students, the final amount is determined after providing documents from a Polish educational institution confirming the study.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days per week;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- Daytime work so that the night is left for sleep and rest.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in production. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Engage in sewing women's, men's, and sportswear on professional sewing machines. The work involves performing sewing operations according to technical requirements, checking the quality of finished products for compliance with established standards, as well as maintaining order at the workplace and following production rules.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 800 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- No subsidy for independent rental of housing;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house, or apartment;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- The housing can be located differently. If it's close, you can walk, and for those who live further, public transport to and from the place of work is possible;
- You can move in after working 50 hours or earlier, but in such a case, you need to pay for the first week's stay yourself.

📌 Additional information:
- A sewing quality test is conducted before starting work, which helps assess the skill level;
- The enterprise is located near the Ferio Legnica shopping center;
- At the initial stage, you need to have your own work clothes. After passing the probationary period, all necessary clothes for further work will be provided;
- Meals are not provided, so you need to bring lunch with you;
- Transport to the place of work by public transport;
- To get employed, you need to arrange a medical certificate. Its cost is 80 zł. The cost of the medical certificate will be fully reimbursed along with the salary;
- An advance can be obtained after working for one week;
- Salary is credited to the bank account from the 15th to the 20th of each month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience working as a seamstress is required.

- Work is only during the day, with no night shifts;

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
