Work at the Yanfeng car factory

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men, women, and married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Czech Republic, Žatec, Průmyslová 1060 (~80 km from Praha).

💵 Salary:
- 170 Kč/hour net regular rate. 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- During the working day, there is a 5-minute break every 2 hours of work, as well as a 20-minute lunch break. Breaks are not paid.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are on the car factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- The work involves assembling and quality control of car interior elements, specifically door panels and dashboards. Duties include checking parts for compliance with quality standards, identifying possible defects, and controlling the finished product after assembly.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 6000 Kč per month (cost deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation is equipped with ordinary comfortable beds;
- On each floor, there are showers, toilets, and a separate kitchen with a dining room equipped with everything necessary for cooking. There is also a laundry, storage, and technical room at disposal. Next to the building, there is an enclosed garden with cozy relaxation areas;
- Rooms are equipped with new beds with comfortable mattresses, wardrobes, bedside tables, and blinds. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Four washing machines are available on each floor. Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation territory;
- The accommodation area is enclosed and has 20 parking spaces for cars. A public transport stop is nearby, and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the railway station and 10 minutes to the city center. Shops and all necessary services for everyday needs are in close proximity.

📄 Employment contract:
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- The work is done standing next to the conveyor line;
- Transport to the workplace is not provided, therefore it is necessary to get there by public transport. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes;
- An advance is provided after 5 worked days in the amount of up to 2000 Kč;
- Salary is paid in cash between the 15th and 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

- Knowledge of the Czech language and work experience is not required;
- Everything is easy and accessible to understand because explanations are given without complicated words.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
A minimum of 3 months must be worked. If resigning, it's important to give notice at least 14 days in advance. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč is deducted from the salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
