Displaying goods in a Biedronka supermarket

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Katowice.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student proof).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- On average 200 - 210 hours/month;
- Primarily work is carried out in night shifts, however, due to production needs, there may also be day shifts. Therefore, it is important to be ready to work at different times of the day.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the needs of the supermarket. If there are more customers in the store or additional help is needed on certain days, the number of working hours may be greater. If the workload is less, respectively, the number of hours may be somewhat less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work involves placing goods on shelves according to store standards, controlling product expiration dates, and checking the relevance of price tags with their replacement if needed. Responsibilities also include maintaining order in the trading floor, receiving and unloading deliveries, preparing goods for display, and assisting customers if needed. The worker participates in inventories and performs current tasks related to the organization of the store's operation.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- In case of self-renting, there is a bonus of 1 zł for each working hour. For students under 26 years old, the bonus for self-accommodation is 1.23 zł for each working hour.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work experience is not required. The job is simple and straightforward, with training conducted before starting work, so all necessary processes and tasks are taught directly on site;
- Own convenient work clothes are required for work, in which it will be comfortable to perform daily duties throughout the shift. Clothing should be practical and tidy;
- Travel to the place of work by public transport;
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Certificate for an electric forklift costs 250 zł (deducted from the second salary);
- An advance is credited after 5 days of work in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of the month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at the level of understanding is required.

⏳ Minimum work term:
