Work in the Shein clothing and accessories warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples up to 55 years old.

If you have experience working in similar warehouses and are slightly older than the specified age, this is not a barrier. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Kąty Wrocławskie, Logistyczna 1А (~30 km from Wrocław).

💵 Salary:
- 26 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).
There is an opportunity to move to another position:
- 27 zł/hour net as an instructor;
- 28 zł/hour net as a leader;
- 32.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old as an instructor (with a student certificate);
- 33.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old as a leader (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 17:30;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 05:30;
- On average, from 200 hours/month;
- During the working day, a 30-minute break is provided to rest and recharge.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and consequently more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to package and pack goods, assemble internet orders, prepare products for shipment, and also work with a scanner to check and account for items. It's also necessary to control the quality of the products, check their conformity to the order, and ensure there are no damages before shipping. The work is straightforward and organized in stages, so all necessary training is provided on-site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 850 zł/month (deducted from your salary);
- No additional allowance for independent housing rental;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house or apartment;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- There is a separate room for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- Transport from housing to work is organized. Everything is considered for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted in motion using a scanner;
- Medical examination costs 300 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- For instructor and leader positions, it is desirable to have English language knowledge sufficient for communication and fulfilling work duties;
- Advances are provided every Wednesday in the amount of 100 zł. An advance can be received after working at least one day;
- The salary is credited to the bank account from the 25th to the 28th of each month for the previous month worked.

- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work term:
There is no minimum work term, but you need to give two weeks' notice for termination. If dismissed without notice, a penalty is applied.
