🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 12 €/hour net regular rate;
- It is possible to switch to a piecework payment system, where earnings depend on the number of boxes processed. The more boxes processed, the higher the income can be;
- There is a bonus for English language proficiency in the amount of 1 € per each hour worked.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 days a week;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 - 12 hours;
- Shift starts at 06:00;
- Work during daytime hours, so that night remains for sleep and rest.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, accordingly, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work with a scanner, receive and unload goods. Responsibilities include unloading cardboard boxes of various sizes from trucks onto pallets, wrapping completed pallets with stretch film, and moving goods around the warehouse using an electric pallet truck.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for free
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel, house or apartment;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular and bunk beds are available at the accommodation;
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
A1 posting from Poland (Umowa zlecenie).

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place on the move using a scanner;
- Work involves registration under the A1 posting sheet. To sign the contract and necessary documents, you need to come to Warszawa;
- A company car is provided for daily travel to the workplace, so a category B driver's license is necessary. The distance is approximately 30 kilometers. The warehouse is located in the Maasvlakte industrial zone;
- The temperature at the warehouse is comfortable for work. In the summer, it's cooler inside than outside, and in the winter, the temperature does not drop below +14 degrees;
- During work, the need to move boxes may arise. The maximum weight of one box is up to 20 kilograms, but such boxes are usually carried or moved by two people, so there is no excessive physical load;
- An advance is paid after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is paid from the 15th to the 25th of each month into a bank account for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you quit without a 1-month notice, a penalty of 1500 zł will be withheld.
