Work on growing strawberries and asparagus Vissers

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men from 23 to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Netherlands, America, Midden Peelweg 10 (~25 km from Venlo).

💵 Salary:
- 14.71 €/hour gross standard rate;
- For each unused day of paid leave, 2.84 €/hour gross is accrued. This amount is paid subject to continuous work without absences.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- The work schedule is formed depending on the production needs of the enterprise;
- Work during the day, so that the night remains for sleep and rest.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Processes for men:
- It is necessary to sort seedlings by types and sizes, transplant plants into pots, and place and move them using carts. It is also necessary to deliver plants to the production line and perform simple auxiliary work related to the care and preparation of products.
Processes for women:
- It is necessary to assemble and pack pots onto pallets and trays for further transportation and storage. Simple auxiliary work must also be performed in production, related to product preparation and maintaining working processes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- During the first 3 months of work, the cost of accommodation is 250 €, after which the amount for accommodation increases to 530 € per month. The cost of housing is deducted from the salary;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 2 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
A1 posting from Poland (Umowa zlecenie).

📌 Additional Information:
- Work processes take place on the territory of the enterprise, including in production workshops and greenhouses. If necessary, work can also be performed in the field, so the conditions and temperature at the workplace may change depending on the task area;
- The work involves physical exertion, including carrying and moving pots. Work processes are performed standing and include repetitive operations throughout the shift, so it is important to be ready for active work;
- The work is seasonal and is expected to last until October - November 2026. The duration of the project depends on the production needs of the enterprise and weather conditions;
- An advance is provided for every 14 working days in the amount of 200 €;
- Salary is credited on the 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish or English at a communicative level is required.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks before departure. There are no fines or withholdings from salary, the main thing is to inform in time.
