Work in the production of preservation Orzech

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 60 years old.

📍 Workplace: 
Poland, Kolbuszowa (~30 km from Rzeszów).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net according to the law Polski Ład;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certification);
- For productivity over 120 jars per hour, you can receive a bonus of 2500 to 3000 zł per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The working day lasts 9 hours, and on Saturday — approximately 5–6 hours;
- The shift runs from 06:00 to 15:00;
- There is the possibility of overtime, on average about 1 hour per day;
- During the working day, a paid break lasting 15 minutes is provided;
- Work during daytime hours so that the night remains for sleep and rest. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, then there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to pack cucumbers, zucchini, beets, and other seasonal vegetables into jars. The containers are delivered to the workplace already washed, and the vegetables are delivered in a prepared and clean state. After filling, the products are automatically transferred to the next stages of production.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge, no need to additionally pay for utilities;
- No extra payment for renting accommodation independently;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 - 4 people will live in the room;
- The accommodation is furnished with ordinary comfortable beds;
- You need to have your own bed linen. A pillow, blanket, and necessary dishes are provided;
- Depending on the location of the accommodation, it is possible to reach work on foot or use transportation.

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to be attentive, responsible, and conscientiously approach the work;
- The production has a characteristic smell of the products, particularly pickled cucumbers and spices;
- Work is performed at a fast pace, so it is important to adhere to the established standards;
- The working processes are performed standing and have a repetitive nature;
- The temperature in the workshop is maintained at no lower than +18 degrees, and the air humidity is 60 - 85%;
- There is a canteen, a microwave, and access to drinking water at the enterprise;
- Smoking is allowed only outside;
- You need to have your own work clothes. A cap, gloves, and apron are provided free of charge. For the first working day, you need rubber boots or galoshes, and after the first working day, they are provided, with the cost of the footwear deducted from the salary;
- The cost of a sanitary book is 180 - 200 zł (the cost is deducted from the salary). The processing time takes approximately 4 - 5 days;
- An advance is provided after 5 completed shifts in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th - 18th of the month to the bank account for the previously worked month.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Contract term: 
You need to work at least 3 months. If you suddenly decide to finish work earlier, 700 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
