Work in the production of preservation Orzech

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 60 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Kolbuszowa (~30 km from Rzeszów).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net under the law Polski Ład;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- For productivity over 120 cans per hour, a bonus of 2500 to 3000 zł per month can be received.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The workday lasts 9 hours, and on Saturday — approximately 5–6 hours;
- The shift runs from 06:00 to 15:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime, averaging about 1 hour per day;
- A paid break of 15 minutes is provided during the workday;
- Work during daylight hours, leaving the night for sleep and rest. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will correspondingly be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to pack cucumbers, zucchini, beets, and other seasonal vegetables into jars. The containers arrive at the workplace already washed, and the vegetables are delivered in a prepared and clean condition. After filling, the product is automatically sent to the next stages of production.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge, no need to pay additional utility bills;
- No additional payment for independent rental of accommodation is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- There will be 3 - 4 people per room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are equipped in the housing;
- You need to have your own bed linen. A pillow, blanket, and necessary utensils are provided;
- Depending on the location of the accommodation, you can get to work on foot or use transport.

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to be attentive, responsible, and conscientious towards work;
- A characteristic smell of the products, including pickled cucumbers and spices, is present in the production facility;
- Work is performed at a fast pace, so it is important to adhere to established standards.;
- Work processes are performed standing up and are repetitive in nature. You need to independently pick the cucumbers into boxes and carry them to your workplace;
- The shop temperature is maintained at no lower than +18 degrees, with an air humidity of 60 - 85%;
- The facility has a canteen, microwave oven, and access to drinking water;
- Smoking is permitted only outdoors;
- You need to have your own work clothes. A cap, gloves, and apron are provided free of charge. Before the first working day, you need to have rubber boots or galoshes, and after the first day of work, they are provided, while the cost of the footwear is deducted from the salary;
- The cost of a sanitary book is 180 - 200 zł (the cost is deducted from the salary). The processing time is approximately 4 - 5 days;
- An advance payment of 200 zł is provided after 5 completed shifts;
- The salary is credited on the 15th - 18th of the month to a bank account for the previously worked month.

⏳ Term of work contract: 
You need to work at least 3 months. If you decide to finish work earlier, 700 zł will be deducted from your last paycheck.
