🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged up to 55 years.

If you have experience working in similar productions and are slightly older than the specified age, it's not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Równa, 11A (~90 km from Łódź).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24.47 zł/hour net with signing Pit-2;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- Work from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Additional hours can be taken if desired, up to 14 hours a day;
- Work during the day, leaving the night for sleep and rest;
- On average 290 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly fewer hours will be available.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to service the production line and control the quality of the product at each stage of work. You need to sort vegetables, particularly potatoes, cabbage, onions, and celery, check their condition, and pack finished products according to established requirements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 450 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent accommodation rental, a surcharge of 2 zł for each hour of work (confirm at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2 - 3 people will live in a room;
- Standard comfortable beds are furnished in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transportation is organized from the accommodation to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing by the conveyor line;
- It is forbidden to use a mobile phone while performing work duties. This rule applies to the company's territory to ensure safety, work quality, and seamless production process;
- Sanitary book costs 300 zł (deducted from the salary);
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicures. This is a mandatory condition to maintain hygiene in production;
- Lunches should be brought with you;
- Accommodation is located about 5 kilometers from the workplace. For convenience, free transportation with a company vehicle is provided, allowing you to get to the shift and return after work without unnecessary hassle;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole during the registration period. The cost is 250 zł, payment needs to be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is given after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- A Polish category B driving license is required;
- Driving experience is required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If resigned without a 1-month notice, there is a penalty of 2000 zł. If you give advance notice, a deduction of 500 zł is made.
