Work in cable harness production AK

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Czech Republic, Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, Nádražní 933 (~40 km from Ostrava).

💵 Salary:
- 170 Kč/hour net regular rate. 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, a 5-minute break is provided every 2 hours of work, as well as a lunch break lasting 30 minutes. Breaks are not paid;
- On average, you can work 160 - 200 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, then there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to engage in the assembly of cable harnesses, installation of cables, and small components according to instructions. It is also necessary to operate production machines, ensure compliance with technological processes, and monitor the quality of finished products at each stage of the work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing is provided free of charge, provided that at least 160 hours are worked per month. If the hour norm is not met, the cost of accommodation will be 125 Kč per day (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- In case of self-rent of housing, an additional payment of 3000 Kč per month of work is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or dormitory;
- 2 or 3 people will live in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are available in the housing;
- The accommodation is located 1 kilometer from the place of work, so it is easy to walk to work.

Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- The work includes both sitting and standing processes, which alternate throughout the shift. Depending on the production stage, tasks are performed at a table or near a robotic machine;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +22 - +25 degrees;
- An advance is provided after 5 worked days in the amount of up to 2000 Kč;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of employment:
You need to work for a minimum of 3 months. In case of dismissal, it is important to notify at least 14 days in advance. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč is deducted from the salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
