Work in the home goods warehouse Segro (Ikea)

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men up to 47 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Nadarzyn, Aleja Katowicka 66 (~25 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 25.40 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with a student certificate);
- Additional bonuses of up to 2000 zł are provided, which are awarded weekly depending on work results and achieved indicators.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, occasionally work on Saturdays is possible;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- On average, one can work 170 - 210 hours per month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to collect and assemble orders using a scanner and electric forklift, move goods around the warehouse on carts, and manually stack products on pallets according to orders. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 15 zł per day (cost is deducted from salary);
- In case of independent housing rental, an additional payment of 400 zł per month worked is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment or hostel;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Standard comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- The accommodation is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living and relaxation, including Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a washing machine.

📌 Additional information:
- The first working day is dedicated to BHP (occupational safety), during which safety training and necessary instructions before starting work are given;
- The work is of medium physical difficulty;
- There is a canteen on the warehouse premises. You need to bring your own lunch, and there are also food and coffee vending machines available;
- The warehouse temperature is about +20 degrees, but it may slightly vary depending on the season;
- The sanitary book costs 150 zł (cost is deducted from salary);
- A forklift certificate costs 150 zł (cost is deducted from salary);
- Steel-toe shoes cost 60 zł (cost is deducted from salary);
- After 5 days of work, advances can be received, averaging 100 - 200 zł weekly until the first full salary. It is also possible to agree on additional advances with the coordinator;
- Salary is credited to the bank account by the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.
🚍 Free transportation is provided from the following locations:
- Nadarzyn;
- Raszyn;
- Janki.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum term of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If there is a need to leave earlier, it is important to notify the coordinator in advance and explain the reason. In such a case, no penalty is applied. However, if not notified, a penalty of 1000 zł may be applied.
