Work at the Mieszko confectionery production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Job Location:
Poland, Racibórz, Starowiejska 75 (~75 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 27.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate)

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the confectionery factory. When there are more orders, you can work more hours. Conversely, when there are fewer orders, the number of working hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Work process:
- Work takes place on a modern conveyor line and involves packaging, labeling, and quality control of finished confectionery products.
Quality control process:
- You need to monitor sweets on the conveyor line, check the amount of filling, and the quality of the finished products. You also need to control the correct placement of cherries or nuts.
Packaging process for finished products:
- You need to package and label sweets, check the integrity of the packaging and correctness of labeling, and also stack the finished products in boxes weighing 5–8 kg. Work can be in the department of wafers, candies, or chocolates, where the processes remain similar.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a 1 zł bonus is provided for each hour worked. This bonus is not available for students;
- Rooms accommodate 2–4 people;
- The accommodations are equipped with regular single beds and have everything necessary for comfortable living;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- You can travel for free to work by city bus. The stop is located about 100 meters from the accommodation, and the journey takes about 10–15 minutes.

📌 Additional Information:
- Work takes place on a conveyor line and involves performing simple manual processes;
- Using a phone during work is prohibited;
- Before starting work, you must remove artificial nails and eyelashes, as well as all jewelry, because it is important to adhere to safety and product quality requirements;
- Work clothing is provided for free if at least 2 months are worked. If less than 2 months are worked, 100 zł is deducted from the salary;
- The medical examination costs 200 zł (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- There is an opportunity to receive a weekly advance payment. The first advance can be received after 5 working days in the amount of 200 zł;
- The salary is credited on the 25th of the following month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Polish language is required.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum Term of Employment:
The minimum period of work is one and a half months. If you plan to resign, you must give two weeks' notice. If you fail to do so timely, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
