Work in the production of cosmetics Schwan Cosmetics

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Czech Republic, Český Krumlov, Průmyslová 176.

💵 Salary:
- The approximate monthly gross salary is 24 850 Kč. With bonuses, additional payments, and the number of hours worked, earnings can reach up to 33 000 Kč net per month;
- Additional bonuses of up to 10% of the salary are provided;
- An afternoon shift bonus of 15 Kč is provided;
- A night shift bonus of 20% from the average earnings is provided;
- An overtime work bonus of 60% from the average earnings is provided;
- A weekend work bonus of 20% from the average earnings is provided.

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, a paid break of 30 minutes is provided. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and accordingly more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work at the assembly line, control the quality of the finished products, package and assemble items. It is also important to follow the established production standards and work rules.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 8000 Kč per month, of which 5000 Kč is paid independently, and 3000 Kč is compensated by the employer;
- Accommodation is provided in a dormitory or hostel;
- There will be 3 or 4 people living in a room;
- Regular and bunk beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Depending on the location of the accommodation, you can reach work on foot or by public transport. All accommodation options provide convenient access to the workplace.

📄 Employment contract: 
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to be attentive to details, take responsibility for your duties, and be ready to work in shifts. You also need to be careful, have dexterity, and be in good health; 
- Work processes are performed standing and in motion;
- Meals are not provided, but there is an opportunity to buy lunch on site. Partial compensation for food expenses is also provided;
- An advance payment is provided after 7 days of work up to 2 000 Kč;
- Salary is credited to the bank account by the 25th of the month. 

🔴 Requirements:
- A minimum level of Czech language knowledge is required, as well as the ability to write in Latin script.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
