🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Work city: 
Lithuania, Šingaliai, Kėdainių g 50 (~50 km from Kaunas).

📍 Registration city:
Lithuania, Vilnius.

💵 Salary:
- The salary is 1180 - 1200 € gross per month. On average, this is approximately 850 € net when working 165 hours. There is also an opportunity to take additional hours up to 180 hours per month. With more hours, the salary can be around 980 € net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- The schedule is arranged so that initially there are 2 days in the morning shift, then 2 days in the night shift, after which 4 days off are given;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there are two 30-minute breaks for meals and two additional short breaks of 10 minutes every 2 - 2.5 hours.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.
 
🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work at a manufacturing enterprise and perform various processes related to the preparation and processing of products. Responsibilities include sorting cucumbers and other seasonal vegetables, preparing spices, and trimming oak leaves. You also need to monitor the quality of products by checking the appearance, proper packaging, correct labeling, weighing the products, and checking dosages. Additionally, you need to place glass and plastic containers on the production line and perform simple tasks related to equipment maintenance. If necessary, you may need to stop the production line, replace labels, replenish the stock of jar lids, and carry out other simple processes. Light manual work such as moving goods or using a handcart to transport jars may also be required. A forklift driving license is not needed for this purpose.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation is provided;
- 3 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- For comfortable living, everything necessary is available, namely a refrigerator, microwave oven, small electric stove, and electric kettle. There is a washing machine and a shower cabin in the bathroom.

📌 Additional information:
- The enterprise is one of the largest producers of mayonnaise, sauces, and canned products in the Baltic countries;
- Experience in the manufacturing sector will be an advantage but is not mandatory;
- During work, there may be a need to lift products weighing up to 10 kilograms for women and up to 15 kilograms for men;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +22 - +24 degrees;
- There is a mini-kitchen where you can heat your food;
- An advance payment is provided after 10 working days in the amount of 150 €, which must be notified to the coordinator at least a week in advance;
- Salary is credited by the 15th.
