Employee at Shein clothing and accessories warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 52 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Dobrovíz, U Trati 216 (~25 km from Praha).

💵 Salary:
- 180 Kč/hour net standard rate.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work takes place in a four-shift system;
- Four shifts from 07:00 to 17:30, then two days off;
- Four shifts from 18:00 to 04:30, then two days off.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- Orders need to be picked using a scanner, carefully moving goods around the warehouse, and packing orders for further dispatch to clients. It's also necessary to return items after they have been returned to the designated areas, sorting and scanning cardboard boxes, and maintaining order at the workplace. 

The work may involve different processes. Who works where depends on the need at a particular moment. Everything is distributed on site, so it's impossible to say in advance. But all processes are understandable, and everything is calmly taught on the spot.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 7500 - 8000 Kč/month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to make it comfortable and cozy;
- Accommodation is approximately a 15-minute bus ride from the warehouse, so the commute won't take much time and allows you to travel comfortably every day.

📄 Employment contract: 
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted on the move with a scanner, as well as standing at workstations;
- Free transportation is provided from the Zličín district;
- You need to bring your own lunch;
- Advances are provided weekly in the amount of 2000 kč;
- The salary is credited between the 20th and 25th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.
