Work in the production of automotive components Gumotex

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 50 years old.

📍 Work City:
Czech Republic, Břeclav, Mládežnická 3062 (~40 km from Brno).

💵 Salary:
- 145 - 176 Kč/hour gross standard rate.
Surcharges:
- For night shifts, weekends, and holidays;
- Bonuses up to 9%;
- 1600 Kč attendance bonus;
- Up to 1250 Kč qualification bonus.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- Work in 3 shifts (day and night);
- During the working day, a 30-minute break is provided to rest and recharge.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then, accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work on a modern assembly line, assemble finished products for the automotive industry, including sun visors, and carefully check the quality of the products during the work process to ensure they meet established standards.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 30 Kč/day (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Accommodation is provided in Hodonín;
- To get to the workplace, you need to take a train. The journey takes up to 30 minutes. The fare is paid independently, and the cost of a monthly pass is no more than 1000 Kč.

📄 Employment Contract: 
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional Information:
- Work processes are conducted standing by the conveyor line;
- Experience in production would be an advantage, but it is not mandatory;
- Working clothes and footwear are provided free of charge. If you work for less than three months, 500 Kč will be deducted from the salary;
- 4 weeks of paid vacation is provided, as well as 1 additional week for rest;
- Partial meal compensation is provided at the enterprise;
- You need to pay 1000 Kč for residence registration, necessary to obtain a visa. Payment should be made immediately during the documentation process;
- Advances are provided weekly in the amount of 50 €;
- Salary is credited to the bank account from the 15th to the 25th of the month.

🔴 Requirements: 
- Basic knowledge of the Czech language is required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum Work Period:
There is no minimum work period, but you need to give two weeks' notice before quitting.
