Work in TVP television production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, married couples up to 45 years of age.

💵 Salary:
- 28.63 zł/hour gross standard rate.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. During periods of peak workload, which usually starts from the first or second half of October, Saturday may also be a working day;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- A paid break of 20 minutes is provided during the workday;
- Work is only conducted in day shifts;
- On average, you can work between 160 – 200 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. The more orders, the more work and consequently more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- You will need to work in TV production: assembling and mounting individual parts, screwing and gluing elements, scanning components, and performing simple operations on the assembly line. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation is provided in a hostel in the city of Gorzów Wielkopolski;
- Rooms will accommodate 2 or 4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Standard comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa o pracę.

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, you need to pass a light test on attention and manual skills;
- The temperature at the workplace is maintained at +20 - +21 degrees;
- You need to bring your own lunch;
- You need to get to the workplace yourself by public transport. The journey takes approximately 10–15 minutes;
- The work involves a medium level of physical activity;
- After working 5 days, you can receive advances, averaging 100 - 200 zł per week until the first full salary. There is also the possibility to agree on additional advances with the coordinator;
- The salary is credited to the bank account by the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If there is a need to resign earlier, it is important to inform the coordinator in advance and explain the reason. In this case, no penalty will be applied. If not informed, a penalty of 1000 zł may be imposed.
