Work at the Mlékárna Žirovnice cheese production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 60 years old.

📍 Work location:
Czech Republic, Žirovnice, Nádražní 341 (~40 km from Jihlava).

💵 Salary:
- 144 Kč/hour net regular rate;
- The estimated salary amounts to 25 000 Kč net per month; 
- All allowances are calculated according to the Labor Code.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is done according to a shift schedule, either from Sunday to Friday or from Monday to Saturday;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Daytime work to ensure the night remains for sleep and rest. 

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and consequently more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to perform manual work on the production line and participate in the cheese production process. During the work process, you need to engage in packaging finished products, control their quality, stack products on pallets, and perform other uncomplicated production tasks depending on the current stage of work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 4000 Kč per month (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent housing rental, a supplement of 2000 Kč per month is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will live in the room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- The housing is within walking distance, you can easily walk to work. Everything is designed for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, you need to undergo an interview during which health status is specified, including the absence of chronic diseases, allergies, and skin problems, as well as readiness for physically active work;
- It is important to adhere to established hygiene standards in the work process;
- The work takes place in a room with a specific smell characteristic of cheese production;
- Absence of skin diseases, diabetes, and allergies to dairy products is mandatory. It is also important to adhere to hygiene rules, so artificial eyelashes, piercings, and artificial nails are not allowed;
- Physical endurance is required, as the work may take place on several floors and involves active movement throughout the day;
- The enterprise maintains a comfortable temperature of +20 - +25 degrees. The production area may have vapors, so slightly increased humidity may sometimes be felt;
- An advance is provided after 7 days of work in the amount of up to 2 000 Kč;
- The salary is credited to the bank account by the 25th of the month.

⏳ Minimum work period:
If you decide to resign earlier, this is possible, but after submitting a resignation application, you need to work for 2 months according to the contract conditions.
