Work at a bakery production

🧑🏻 Candidates: 
Men, women, couples aged between 20 and 50 years.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Łódź, Strusia.

💵 Salary:
- 24 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Work during daytime hours so that the night is for sleeping and resting;
- On average, one can work 200 - 260 hours per month.
The work schedule from Monday to Friday is as follows:
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- Work from 04:00 to 16:00.
The work schedule on Saturday is as follows:
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- Work from 04:00 to 12:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the bakery has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to operate a production line for making bread and rolls, pack finished products, decorate cakes and cookies, glaze gingerbread, and pack chocolate candies. You also need to assist pastry chefs during work processes and maintain cleanliness in production areas.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- No subsidy for independent housing rental provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing at a conveyor line;
- The job is located in the Bałuty area, in a convenient location with good transportation access;
- Commute to the workplace by public transportation;
- Due to sanitation requirements, working is only allowed without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- The sanitary book costs 290 zł (deducted from the salary);
- If you have current salmonella tests, you only need to pay for a medical examination before starting work. The cost is 150 zł (deducted from the salary);
- An advance is provided after 14 days of working in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th day of the month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic Polish is required.

✅ Advantages:
- The work is only during the day, without night shifts;
- Work clothing is provided for free;
- Work experience is not required;
- Even without experience, it's easy to start as training is conducted in comfort;
- Assistance is provided with the residence card application.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work duration:
There is no minimum work duration, but you need to give a two-week notice for resignation. If you resign without notice, a 1000 zł penalty is withheld.
