🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Brwinów, św. Józefa 1 (~25 km from Warszawa).

Poland, Sochaczew.

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 (with a student certificate);
- There is an opportunity to receive a bonus up to 1200 zł gross per month for good productivity;
- A driver allowance of 1000 zł gross per month is provided

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The working day lasts 8, 10, or 12 hours;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you wish to earn more;
- During an 8-hour working day, a break lasts 15 - 20 minutes, and during a 10 or 12-hour shift, the break is 30 - 40 minutes. Also, short breaks of 5 minutes 2 or 3 times throughout the day are allowed.
- On average, 200 - 250 hours per month.
The work schedule for an 8-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00

It is important to understand that working hours cannot be chosen independently, as everything depends on the workload of the company. During the season, the working day usually lasts 12 hours, so you need to be prepared for such a schedule. If there are fewer orders, then the working day is 8 hours. This is a feature of the job, and you need to be prepared for this too.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to pack goods, including decorative and care cosmetics, hygiene products, household chemicals, accessories, perfumes, and para-pharmaceuticals. The work is carried out with a scanner that helps quickly find and collect orders. A WJO3 forklift is also used, which significantly facilitates the process, as you do not need to constantly move around the warehouse on foot. Additionally, it is necessary to pack the finished product and maintain order in the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 660 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation and commuting to the workplace, a supplement of 1.50 zł gross is provided for each hour of work;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment in the city of Pruszków or Brwinów, where there are all conditions for comfortable living;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort;
- Bed linen is provided, but it is advisable to have your own set for replacement;
- There is general tableware available at the accommodation, but you need to have your own spoon, fork, plate, and cup. If desired, you can take a small pot or pan, as well as a container for storing food.

Accommodation is provided depending on the availability of free places, so, unfortunately, there is no possibility to choose specific accommodation. The final decision depends on the occupancy at the time of your arrival.

📌 Additional information:
- It is necessary to be responsible and diligent in work;
- The packaging of goods is done using a scanner on WJO3 carts, so there is no walking work around the warehouse;
- The goods are mostly light, for example, cosmetics can weigh from a few grams to 1 - 2 kilograms, depending on the order. The average weight of a box during packaging is 3 - 6 kilograms;
- You need to bring your lunch with you. There is a canteen where you can heat your food and eat calmly. Also, there are vending machines with juices, carbonated drinks, and sweets, all available for an extra charge;
- The sanitary book costs 500 zł. If you don't work 3 months, this amount is deducted from your salary;
- An advance is provided in the amount of 200 - 300 zł after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited to the bank account on the 20th.

⏳ Duration of work under the contract:
You need to work at least 3 months. If for some reason you decide to end the work earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from your final salary.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Days off can fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 10:00 to 22:00;​​
- Work during daytime hours so that the night remains for sleep and rest;
- On average 180 - 200 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the warehouse. If there are many orders, then there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to assemble cosmetics and other goods according to orders, be involved in packing and receiving products, and also work with a scanner for verification and accounting of goods. The work is not difficult, without significant physical exertion, and all processes are clear and easy to master.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 600 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- If renting accommodation independently, a supplement of 2 zł for each work hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 - 4 people per room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transportation from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience to make you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place on the move using a scanner;
- Transportation to the workplace from the hostel costs 250 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- For those who commute by personal car, a reimbursement of 170 zł is provided;
- An advance is accrued after 7 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salaries are transferred from the 15th to the 25th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.
