Work in the production of braking systems ZF Reman

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Krajków, Logistyczna 2 (~25 km from Wrocław).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- The estimated gross salary is 4,900 zł gross per month. On average, this is about 3,650 zł net per month for a schedule of 8 hours a day and 5 days a week;
- For work on Saturday, the surcharge is 100%, and a bonus of 170 zł is also provided. In total, you can earn approximately 400 zł net per day;
- For work on Sundays, the surcharge is 150%, and a bonus of 170 zł is also provided. In total, you can earn approximately 500 zł net per day;
- Overtime work is also compensated. The surcharge for daytime hours is 50%, and for nighttime hours, it is 100%;
- Additionally, a quarterly bonus is provided. If you work the entire quarter, you can earn approximately from 1000 to 1500 zł net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 days a week;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- During the working day, a 30-minute break is provided to rest and recharge;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you wish to earn more;
- Work during the day so that night is left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the volume of orders in production. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to sort automotive parts, carefully check their condition, and perform a visual assessment. Based on established criteria, determine whether the details are suitable for further processing. It is also necessary to keep track of parts in the system, entering the relevant information during work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 700 zł per month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is located 15 kilometers from the workplace, but free transportation is organized.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be able to work in a team;
- Work processes take place on the move;
- There is physical exertion, you need to work with weights from 10 to 15 kilograms;
- Lunch needs to be brought with you;
- An advance can be received after working the first week, until the first salary is received. After the payment of the first salary, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited on the 10th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish at a communicative level is required;
- Experience in production work is required;
- Basic computer skills are required, knowledge of Excel would be a plus.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum term of work:
You need to work for at least 4 months, otherwise, 300 zł will be deducted from your salary.
