🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Czech Republic, Ostrava, Bohumínská 710/198.

💵 Salary:
- 33000 - 34000 Kč/month gross average salary.
Bonuses:
- 5400 Kč/month bonus for shift work;
- 3000 – 3500 Kč/month premiums.

🕐 Working hours:
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- Three days from 06:00 to 18:00 followed by 2 days off;
- Two days from 18:00 to 06:00 followed by 3 days off;
- During the workday, there are 2 breaks of 30 minutes each to rest and recharge.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are in the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be a bit fewer accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to be involved in the production and inspection of automotive components, work as part of a production team according to the supervisor's instructions, follow established work processes, quality standards, and safety rules. It is also important to maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace for comfort and safety.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 30 - 35 Kč/day (deducted from salary);
- There will be 3 people in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple, for comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation is within walking distance, you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract: 
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- The job is located in the Hrušov area;
- Work processes are conducted standing at a conveyor line and individual work stations;
- Work clothes and footwear are provided;
- You need to bring your own lunches;
- Meal vouchers worth up to 150 Kč for each worked shift are provided, allowing you to conveniently and cost-effectively cover lunch expenses during work;
- You need to pay 1000 Kč for the registration needed to obtain a visa. Payment should be made immediately during the documentation process;
- Advances are given weekly in the amount of 50 €;
- The salary is credited on the 15th - 25th of the month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the Czech language is required.
