Work in the Orbico Supply cosmetics warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 38 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Teresin, 1 (~55 km from Warszawa).

📍 Place of processing: 
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;​​
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Overtime work is possible, as well as during weekends, if needed due to increased workload.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and consequently more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to perform warehouse duties, including order picking according to invoices. You also need to check pallets for compliance, ensuring that all products are properly prepared for further movement or dispatch. During work, you need to unload and load goods, and also receive deliveries, checking their quantity and condition.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-rented accommodation, a bonus of 200 zł per month worked is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- The housing is within walking distance, it's easy to reach work on foot. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so that you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted while moving using a scanner;
- Meals are not provided, lunch must be brought with you;
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- An advance is provided after 10 days of work amounting to 400 zł;
- Salary is credited by the 28th of the month to the bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Understanding of Polish is required;
- Experience with a scanner is required.

📋 Documents: 
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment period:
The minimum employment period is three months. If you finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary. If you plan to leave after this period, you must give two weeks' notice. If you fail to do so in time, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary for breaching conditions and another 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
