Work in the production of plastic packaging Maropack

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years of age.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Długa Kościelna, Promienna 15 (~25 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 26.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32.54 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is conducted on a rotating schedule: 2 days in the first shift, 2 days in the second, 2 days in the third, followed by 2 days off;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Once you are well-acquainted with the work processes and feel confident at your workplace, you can shift to 12-hour shifts;
- During an 8-hour shift, a paid break of 20 minutes is provided. If working for 12 hours, an additional 15 minutes of paid break is provided;
- On average, you can work 175–240 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will correspondingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Processes for women:
- It's required to operate machines that produce plastic bottles for shampoos, laundry gels, and other household products. Responsibilities include assembling finished plastic products such as bottles, cups, and tubes into cardboard boxes, visually inspecting their quality for defects, labeling boxes, sealing cardboard boxes, and stacking them on pallets.
Processes for men:
- It's required to prepare raw materials and load them into machines that produce plastic bottles. Responsibilities also include wrapping pallets with finished products in stretch film, moving goods to the warehouse using a manual trolley, preparing products for shipment, as well as cleaning and conserving production machines.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a bonus of 2 zł per each worked hour is provided;
- Preparation and booking of accommodation cost 100 zł (cost deducted from the first salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3–4 people will live in rooms;
- Standard comfortable beds are installed at the accommodation;
- Accommodation is within walking distance from the workplace. The road takes approximately 30–40 minutes.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa Zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- You must have your own comfortable work clothes;
- The temperature in the company is maintained between +22 - +24 degrees;
- Medical examination costs 150 zł (amount deducted from the first salary);
- To work in the printing department, you need to obtain a sanitary card. It costs 300 zł and is deducted from salary only if you work less than 3 months;
- An advance is provided after 7 worked days in the amount of 300 zł. Until the first full salary is received, there is an option to take an advance weekly;
- Salary for the previous worked month is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.

- Full medical insurance and coordinator support are provided throughout the entire work period;
- Work experience is not required;
- Work processes are simple, clear, and well-organized, so it will be easy to get accustomed.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, karta pobytu, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
The minimum period of work is 2.5 months. If work is terminated earlier than the established term, a penalty deduction from the salary is provided.
