🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Work city:
Poland, Olsztyn, Jesienna 3.

💵 Salary:
- 24.10 zł/hour net;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with student certificate).
Bonuses:
- +1 zł/hour for efficiency;
- +0.40 zł/hour for training in a key position;
- +1.20 zł/hour for independent work in a key position;
- +0.70 zł/hour for work experience over 12 months;
- From +1.43 zł to +3.75 zł/hour for working as an operator.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, two breaks of 15 and 30 minutes are provided to rest and gain strength.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will accordingly be a little less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Engage in filleting and careful processing of turkey carcasses, as well as packaging of finished products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 120 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent housing rent, no allowance is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out standing by the conveyor line;
- The job also involves using knives, for example for cutting fillets;
- The temperature at the enterprise is +7 degrees;
- Men can lift weight up to 50 kilograms during the shift;
- During a 12-hour shift, you receive two free meals, so you will always be able to eat well;
- Transport to the workplace is by public transport. The cost of a pass is 100 zł;
- Employment requires having completed medical tests with clearance to work in food production. If these documents are not yet available, they can be arranged without any problems. The approximate cost is about 70 zł. Payment is made immediately as the documents are issued personally and are valid for a long time;
- It is forbidden to work wearing jewelry, with extended nails or eyelashes;
- An advance of 200 zł is provided after 7 days of work;
- Salary is credited to the bank account by the 15th.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
You must work for at least 3 months, otherwise, 500 zł will be deducted from the salary.
