🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged from 25 to 50 years.

📍 Place of work:

💵 Salary:
- 23 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25.68 zł/hour net for individuals under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with student certificate available).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Sunday is a day off;
- The working day lasts 8 to 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 16:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Work during daytime hours so that night remains for sleep and rest;
- On average 210 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to carefully pack finished products in cardboard boxes, assemble goods on pallets and move them around the warehouse area. Also, you need to responsibly place goods in designated areas, monitor cleanliness, and maintain order in the workspace to ensure convenient and comfortable work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional 2 zł for each hour worked is provided (needs to be clarified at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 2 - 3 people will reside in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work at a factory that produces materials for wide-format printing, including advertising banners, paper, and film;
- The weight of one roll ranges from 30 to 50 kilograms, so it is important to work carefully and cautiously;
- You need to bring your own meals;
- Commuting to the workplace by public transport;
- Accommodation is provided in Opole during registration. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance payment of 300 zł is granted after 14 days of working;
- The salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish is required at a minimum level.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If leaving without a 1-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is imposed. If notified in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
