🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25.36 zł/hour net for persons under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Workday lasts 11 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- On average 230 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, the hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work takes place in a warehouse with the packaging of garden hoses and is conducted indoors. It is necessary to receive garden hoses, reel them onto a spool, servicing the relevant machine, after which the coiled hoses are packed into cardboard boxes. It is also important to maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace. If necessary, additional simple tasks may be assigned.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental of housing, a supplement of 2 zł per each working hour is provided (it is necessary to clarify at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- For a family couple, a separate room is provided to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is planned for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is done at tables and may be performed in pairs: one holds while the other coils the hose onto large spools. Lifting spools is not required as they can easily be rolled, so the process does not require physical effort;
- For this job, it is important to have good manual skills and be diligent;
- Lunches need to be brought with you;
- Accommodation in Opole is provided during registration. The cost is 250 zł, payment needs to be made immediately during registration, and only in extreme cases this amount can be deducted from the first salary;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum duration of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you resign without 1 month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If warned in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
