Work in the production of cardboard boxes and pallets

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 60 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Skawina, gen. E.F. Nila 7 (~20 km from Kraków).

💵 Salary:
- 25,36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work is conducted in a four-shift system;
- A workday lasts 8 hours;
- Four shifts from 06:00 to 14:00, followed by one day off;
- Four shifts from 14:00 to 22:00, followed by one day off;
- Four shifts from 22:00 to 06:00, followed by two days off;
- Overtime possible, depending on production needs and workload.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will need to operate machines for cutting wood and robotic equipment used for the production of pallets and wooden boxes. Responsibilities include quality control of finished products, selection of items that meet established standards, as well as maintenance of the robotic installation for assembling pallets and overseeing its smooth operation. It is also necessary to replenish material supplies, including planks and nails, fix minor malfunctions within your duties, and inform the supervisor of serious breakdowns or emergency situations.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 800 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- No allowance for renting accommodation independently;
- Accommodation provided in a hostel;
- 2 - 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional Information:
- Work processes are conducted standing by production machines;
- For the first 2 - 3 days, you need to work in your own comfortable clothes;
- You need to have work shoes with a metal protective toe. If you do not have such shoes, you can buy them independently and after a completely worked month get compensation for their cost up to 150 zł;
- Travel to the place of work by public transport;
- If you live in Kraków or other surrounding localities, compensation for travel expenses is provided;
- You need to bring your own lunches;
- Advance payment is made after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to quit, you must notify 2 weeks before leaving. There are no penalties or deductions from salary, the main thing is to notify on time.
